What is FleetFlow?
FleetFlow is a connected platform for Australian heavy vehicle operators. It brings essential operational activities — fleet, maintenance, drivers, fatigue, mass, forms and assurance — into one place so you reduce administration and stay audit ready as work happens.
Is FleetFlow fleet compliance software for Australia?
FleetFlow supports fleet compliance management in Australia — including CoR, NHVAS and WA HVA — but it is positioned as a transport operations platform. Compliance and audit readiness are outcomes of connected everyday work, not a separate paperwork exercise.
What accreditations does FleetFlow support?
FleetFlow supports operators working with:
NHVAS modules: Fatigue Management (Standard/BFM/AFM), Mass Management, and Maintenance Management
WA HVA modules: Maintenance, Fatigue, and optional AMMS (Accredited Mass Management Scheme)
Can I manage both NHVAS and WA HVA in the same system?
Yes. Operators with both NHVAS and WA HVA accreditation can manage those requirements in one connected platform instead of maintaining separate systems.
How does FleetFlow help with audits?
Evidence is captured while work is performed — maintenance history, work diaries, mass declarations, reviews and corrective actions stay connected. Audit preparation becomes reviewing what you already have, rather than reconstructing records from emails and folders.
Can drivers use FleetFlow on their phones?
Yes. The FleetFlow driver app (iOS and Android) lets drivers:
Capture work diary pages
Complete pre-start checks and fault reports
Upload photos and documents (for example weighbridge dockets)
Does the driver app work offline?
Yes. The mobile app is offline-first, so drivers can record data without signal. It syncs automatically when connectivity returns.
How are fault reports and repairs managed?
Drivers log faults in the app. The right people are notified, and workshop staff can progress repairs through to closure — with a full, connected history on the vehicle.
How much does FleetFlow cost?
Pricing is a flat $30 per truck per month for the whole platform. Unlimited users — no extra charges for admin seats, drivers, or individual capabilities.
Do you offer a free trial?
FleetFlow needs proper setup for each operator, so we do not offer self-serve trial accounts. We can arrange access to a demonstration account for seven days so you can evaluate the platform. Contact us to organise that.
Is support available during audits or inspections?
Yes. Our team can help with data extraction, reporting and practical advice during audits, and can liaise with your auditor when needed.
How are records stored and secured?
Records are stored in the cloud with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and aligned with Australian data security practice.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time — contact us and we will arrange it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards for monthly and annual subscriptions, and bank transfer for annual subscriptions.
Where can I find my invoices?
Invoices are available in your account settings.
