Absolutely. The mobile app is designed with offline-first functionality, so drivers can record data without internet access. It syncs automatically when back online.
How are records stored and secured?
All records are stored securely in the cloud with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and complies with Australian data security best practices.
Can I generate reports for compliance or audits?

How are fault reports and repairs managed?
Drivers log faults via the mobile app, which notifies the relevant personnel. Maintenance staff or external workshops can update repair actions, closing the loop with full traceability.
How is the system priced?
Unlike other platforms, we charge a simple, flat rate per truck. No extra charges for admin users, drivers, or modules — just one price per unit of compliance.
Is support provided during audits or inspections?
Yes. Our support team can assist with data extraction, reporting, and advice during audits. We can also liaise with your auditor if needed.
Do you offer a free trial?
No sorry, there is an amount of set up required to be able to configure the platform for use and we are unable to do this work for trial accounts. We can offer access to a demonstration account for 7-days for evaluation purposes. Contact us for more information
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just contact us to do so.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for monthly and annual subscriptions. We also accept bank transfers for annual subscriptions.
